As the former manager of On Command, Mark did everything he could to make sure everything's in order; with CJ unsurprisingly causing the most trouble. Like nearly everyone else, he too ended up trapped in an arcade machine. Thankfully, he still manages to keep his composure; as he's very welcoming to people who enter to his own game. But like any sane person, he secretly finds ways to escape, as well as his friends.
